Patient Access, NHS App and E-Consultations

We have recently extended our services for online patient access.

Patients are now able to book on the day telephone appointments with doctors through the patient access or NHS app.

Holiday Closure 2025

Park Leys will close at 6pm on Wednesday 24th December (our practice in Fillongley will close at 3pm as usual) and we will reopen at 8:30am on Monday 29th December 2025. Prescription requests can take up to 2 working days to be issued, please you have enough medication during our closure and submit any requests promptly. If you require medical assistance while we are closed please seek out local services including pharmacies, A&E and the walk-in centre located on Stoney Stanton Road which is open 8am to 10pm, 365 days of the year. Alternatively call 111, or 999 in an emergency.

Appointments

Our direct phone lines are open between 8:30am – 6:00pm

Our receptionists are trained to triage. This ensures you are booked with the most appropriate clinician available. We offer a mix of on the day appointments and those that can be booked in advance. For urgent issues please call. Any calls to the surgery between 8am – 8:30am and 6pm – 6:30pm are re-routed to WMAS.

Prescriptions

For patients aged 14 years or over, you can order repeat prescriptions via the NHS app. Alternatively, you can order at reception by completing the repeat request form.

New Patients

Appointments & Help

We have three primary ways for you to access appointments and help at any of our surgeries.

1. Non Urgent

We have an online system for non-urgent appointments, sick note requests, test results and admin enquiries.  This is called e-consult.
