- Involve other professionals in our patients care where it is in the patients best interest.

- Provide an environment which is friendly, comfortable, relaxed and most appropriate to the patients needs.
- Create a learning environment to promote development of staff and services.
- Carry out yearly satisfaction surveys and liase with the Patient Participation Group to take opinions from patients who use our service and with this information, make changes as required.
