We welcome all feedback on the practice and endeavour to ensure that we respond to all complaint and comments from patients.
We would be very grateful if patients could contact the practice and share as much information with us about the complaint as possible so that we can investigate this in full and put steps in place to make sure we have learned from any incidents.
If you feel you need to complain about the practice please do not contact the practice to make an appointment to speak or meeting with the Practice Manager, Mrs Claire Underhill or the Patient Services Manager, Mrs Jodie Carvell.
