Non-NHS Services

As of Wednesday the 1st of April 2026, our latest private work price estimates as well as a list of all our services can be found at the bottom of the page, or by clicking here. These are only to be used as a guide. Prices are confirmed with the individual making the request prior to any work commencing.

In order to meet the needs of our patients we offer a small selection of private work available through select GPs. Please note we can only take private work requests from our own registered patients. Private work does not include certain minor operations such as vasectomies as that is done through the NHS, you can click here for more information on our NHS services.

Private work enquires can be done through our online system Anima by clicking “I have an administrative query”. Alternatively, you can send an email to cwicb.adminparkleys@nhs.net. In this email please clearly state your name, DOB, and the details surrounding the private work you are requesting, including any forms you may have. Our medical administrator, Catherine Harris, will be in touch to advise you of any further action and if there is a fee involved.

Once your paperwork is ready to be collected you will receive an email confirmation, and if applicable, an invoice that will need be paid upon collection in order to release the requested work. Please note all in person payments must be made in cash and photo ID must be shown.

Our priority stands with NHS work. All private work is completed outside of normal clinic hours meaning the turnaround time can vary. We endeavour to have any private work completed within 28 days. We cannot, and will not, make appointments for private work within NHS clinic time.

Medical Records

If you need to access your own medical records, you can do this directly within the NHS app! If you have not already been registered for this, click here to find out how. Alternatively, a printed copy can be arranged for you to collect from reception. There is no charge on releasing medical records.

If you would like a brief summary, please contact the surgery as we can usually have this printed out for you the same day. If you would like a full summary or a detailed summary of specific dates or symptoms, please email your request and we will prepare this for you as soon as we can. This can take up to 28 working days for complex requests. When collecting sensitive patient information you must bring photo ID to confirm your identity.

The practice is unable to offer the following private work: Housing letters, PIP supporting letters, toilet passes for school. For our pregnant patients seeking a Fit to Fly letter, the practice encourages you to seek this from you obstetrician or midwife as they have the required expertise to supply this.
