In the early hours of Friday 11th October our village surgery located on Bennetts Road North was sadly broken into and set alight. We are very thankful that no one was harmed by the fire and while it has caused a great deal of damage to the back of the surgery, the fire did not get a chance to spread any further thanks to a swift response from the fire brigade.
We would like to acknowledge the incredible hard work of our staff who pulled together to clean up and keep the doors open as we know it is a lifeline for those in Keresley village who cannot get to our main surgery. We would also like to thank the community who share our sadness in this mindless vandalism.
