From the 1st of July 2025 changes were implemented to the childhood immunisations schedule. To help communicate these changes, Coventry North Primary Care Network have created this easy-to-read poster to remind you and your family what to expect from 8 weeks up to 3 years & 4 months. Vaccinations provide crucial protection for your children and your surrounding community. It is important to book your appointments at each milestone, as certain vaccines can only be given at specific ages.
