Complaint Procedure
Doing the best for our patients is at the heart of everything we do. We will always strive to give the best possible service to all of those who come into contact with the practice.
If you believe we have failed this, please let us know directly so we can address the issue and we will make every effort to rectify it.
You can submit any complaints verbally by speaking to a member of staff while at the practice or by calling the practice and requesting to speak with the practice manager. If a member of management is unavailable a receptionist may request your contact information to arrange a call back.
