Patient Access, NHS App and E-Consultations

We have recently extended our services for online patient access. Patients are now able to book on the day telephone appointments with doctors through the patient access or NHS app. These appointments become available at 8am daily up until we reach capacity.

If you would like to access this service, please download the app of your choosing first. Then contact us by email with your date of birth, contact number, and confirm the email address you are using to sign into the app. Please ensure you mention that this is regarding accessing either the NHS or Patient Access app in your email. Alternatively, you can come into the surgery to complete the relevant form. Once we have actioned your request you will receive an email with further instructions including a linkage key that you will be able to use with the app.

For parents with children under the age of 16, you can have your child set up as a proxy user within the NHS app to allow you to order repeat medications, view/ cancel appointments, and view their medical records. To do this, please include your child’s information on your email request or fill in the additional forms from reception.  If you would like someone such as a carer or loved one that to have proxy access, please contact the surgery with the patient’s clear consent so this can be arranged.

You can also use our new e-consultation service directly via your web browser for non urgent appointments, sick note requests and administrative queries.
