In April we launched our new triage system, Anima. As a part of this change, we no longer send text messages following an appointment with a link to our Friends and Family survey. We came to this decision following an increase in feedback expressing how disruptive these text messages can be, especially to those coming in for multiple appointments. We are grateful for all the feedback we receive and we want to ensure that patients never feel pressured to complete our survey. Patients will now be able to submit feedback directly through Anima or they can continue to use the form here on the website.
