If you are a patient aged 14 years or over, you can now order your repeat prescription using our patient online access service. Once registered for the service you can also book a routine appointment with your GP.

If you haven’t registered yet you will need to visit our reception desk to sign up for the service. You will need to do this yourself in person and bring with you some form of ID such as photo driving licence or passport.

Alternatively you can email us on CWCCG.adminparkleyspractice@nhs.net requesting access. You would need to send us two forms of ID such as a photo driving licence or passport.
